Coaching & advice for mothers and fathers
This offer relates exclusively to couching & advice. If you need psychotherapeutic help please click here:
Unhappiness and listlessness, irritability, anxiety attacks and sleep disturbances in the postpartum period are often presented as completely normal and are still a major subject to taboo.
Fathers are also affected! Postpartum depression in fathers usually develops creeping. Typically, here PPD also results in fatigue, lack of energy, a sense of emptiness, sleep disturbances, irritability, and mood swings.
In addition, up to 20 percent of expectant mothers are affected by depression and up to 25 percent by anxiety disorders.
Sometimes talking with other mums and dads who find themselves in a similar situation is very helpful. I offer individual advice on these topics, advice in group or couple setting, on site and via video call.
Babies (accompanied by mom and / or dad) are of course welcome in my practice!
